Getting used to this now..

So, woke up with good, old headache! :( and went to college for revision! My headache just would not go away so I ended up skipping placement in the afternoon to come home. My boyfriend text asking if I wanted to go to the gym at 8, but I just wasn't in the mood so decided to go on the Wii Fit instead.. 353 days since the last time I went on, and I'd put on 2stone 1lb ... :( Really upset with myself for that. Even more reason to keep going I guess... Anyway, here's today's Food Diary:


Green Day:
Breakfast:
2 Wheatabix with milk (Hexa and Hexb)
Mullerlight

Dinner:

Cup of tea with sweetner (Hexa)
Skinny Cow Skinny Dipper Ice Cream Lolly (3 Syns)

Total Syns: 12.5 Syns


Not too good on the Syns today.. and still quite hungry. Going to have to fill up on free food and my b. Really appreciate it if anyone is reading, please feel free to talk to me. Thanks x
