apple diet begins

Just updating my blog as I wait for my poached eggs which are taking longer than I even knew was possible. Hmm... Anyway, this is what my breakfast consists of. 2 poached eggs, 1 slice toast, 1 apple. Then nothing until dinner time except tea... So lets see if I can do this ... X
